Soculent Original Light – the classic recipe with 40% less sugar
Original Light is the same recipe, the same elderflowers and the same slow fermentation, just with 40% less sugar. We did not swap sugar for sweeteners – we simply used less, for those who want a less sweet socată with their meal.
What does it taste like?
Just as intense on elderflower, and tangier than Soculent Original because it contains less sugar. The lemon comes through more, the bubbles are just as fine. The favourite of people who usually drink sparkling water with lemon.
Ingredients
Water, sugar, fermented compound (water, sugar, lemon juice concentrate and elderflowers), lemon juice from concentrate (3%), freshly squeezed lemon juice (1%), carbon dioxide, natural flavouring. Dried elderflowers equivalent to 3.6 g of fresh elderflowers were used to make one litre of soft drink.
