Soculent is proudly crafted by Fermentit, a Romanian start-up born out of a passion for botanical soft drinks, naturally fermented and alcohol-free. We are a small team with experience in gastronomy, entrepreneurship and product development.
How it all began
The story of Soculent began with the realisation that local options for non-alcoholic refreshments are limited. Elderflower soda caught our attention with its authentic taste and the sense of nostalgia it evokes, instantly transporting us back to childhood, to the hills of Transylvania, among the elderflowers.

It takes passion to give the things we make clarity, freshness and flavour. Passion is the key ferment. We make elderflower soda because we are truly in love with the taste of slow-fermented socată.

We want to bring the quality of traditionally fermented socată to your glass or can, whether in its original version or in carefully crafted blends that go well together.
