Soculent is proudly crafted by Fermentit, a Romanian start-up, born out of a passion for botanical soft drinks, naturally fermented and alcohol-free. We are a small team with experience in gastronomy, entrepreneurship, and product development.
The beginnings
The story of Soculent began with the realization that local options for non-alcoholic refreshments were limited. Elderflower soda caught our attention with its authentic taste and the sense of nostalgia it evokes, instantly transporting us back to childhood, to the hills of Transylvania, among the elderflowers.

It takes passion to give our creations clarity, freshness, and flavor. Passion is the key ferment. We make elderflower soda because we are truly in love with the taste of slow-fermented elderflower.
